The hotel has fantastic, top-class staff members at the main bar. The location is wonderful and quiet, offering a good old charm. The room size is great, with a lovely view over the rooftop.

Reasonably large and modest room, a shower, hair dryers and slippers in the room. Exceptionally comfortable bed, really helpful personnel in contrast to the service and efficiency displayed by the rest of the hotel staff. Good location of the venue, just off the gardens and one of the original Roman walls and the Borghese Park and Museum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.

The breakfast was included and the hotel's location was convenient. The rooms were well-maintained and the hotel itself was clean. The view from the room was great.
I did not feel that the hotel's service was up to the standards of other hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast itself was mediocre, with few options that were not appealing.

Friendly staff. Helpful with city navigation. Nice room for two. Near attractions with easy transportation access. Good breakfast. High floor room was upgraded, but some issues with lighting and smaller toilet. Great location for walking to main attractions. Stayed in a beautiful suite, returned to a comfortable room. Pricing discrepancy, but overall a great stay.
